Suggested Use

Instructions for children aged 1 year and older:

Take one (1) sachet per day to support immune and digestive health. Mix the entire contents of one (1) sachet with a cold food or drink. Do not add to hot foods or drinks.
To relieve occasional digestive upset, take two (2) sachets per day. If you take two sachets, take one in the morning and one in the evening.
If conditions persist, consult a doctor. Culturelle can be taken with or without food at any time of the day. For children over 3 years: Try Culturelle Children's Probiotic Chewable Tablets as directed on the package.
