WHAT IS IT USED FOR?

Vitamin E 67mg, Folate 340mcg.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
As a dietary supplement, take 4 capsules a day, preferably with meals. If desired, open the capsules and mix with juice or water for a drinkable supplement. Additionally, you may consider gradually increasing the full daily dose.
